Office dress codes have considerably evolved with the development of the tech and digital companies. With the influence of the startup culture the ‘Suit and Tie’ is no longer a prerequisite staple in which you are expected to show up in on a daily basis. That of course depends on the type of company you work for. In a more corporate environment you may still need to look as sharp as a razor while in the creative industry you will have more room to mix and match.
