If you ride a scooter or motorbike like I do, you should then be wearing gloves while riding. Not just for aesthetics or because they keep your hands warm but because they also protect you in case of a fall. I certainly do not wish that to anyone but the first reflex you will have is to put your hands out first and you this will result in you feeling the sting. Now let’s talk about aesthetics as I don’t really work for the road safety commission. If you do wear a pair make sure you don’t look like you’re going skiing with thick nylon waterproof gloves with a ton of padding unless it’s winter and your fingers are about to fall off. These Riparo leather mesh driving gloves are a good pick for spring and summer that even Steve McQueen would wear. Perforated leather always looks good with that vintage touch and it’s a lot lighter and breezier during those warmer months. Classy and sporty with a price tag that is as smooth as its leather, you’ll have four colour options to choose from (Brown, Tan, Black, Dark Brown) to match with you bike and gear. Price: $40. BUY
Did you know: When falling of a bike your hands always touch the ground first as a reflex which can cause serious injuries. Since November 2016, you now have to wear gloves when riding a motorbike in France or else you will be fined.
