For those who are back to work it’s unfortunately time to take off your shades and swap back to your glasses if your vision requires them. I can’t go without them under my ophthalmologist’s recommendation considering how much time my eyes are glued to a screen. So if you’re in a need of a new pair or just want to change look, the Moscot Optical Miltzen round frame are what I would go for. And even if your eye sight is a 10 out of 10 you may even start pretending you need glasses. BUY
Did you know: The difference between an ophthalmologist and optometrist is the level of training and training which is quite different. An ophthalmologist has a minimum of 8 years of medical training after college and is licensed to practice medicine and surgery. Optometrists are healthcare professionals (but not medical doctors) who provide primary vision care ranging from sight testing and correction to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of vision changes. […] A friend of mine introduced me to the JBL GO bluetooth speaker while on vacation this summer and I was pleasantly surprised by its performance and looks. Keep in mind this is a micro speaker so don’t expect a ton of bass. Its compact rectangular shape (8.3 x 6.8 x 3.1 cm) is feather light with 132 grams that will easily fit into a pocket given you’re not wearing extra skinny jeans. The design is nice and simple with a range of 8 colours which you can choose from. Playing music or talking hands free is a seamless process connecting your bluetooth with your phone or tablet. There is also a cable input which is always good to have as an option. Given its size with up to 5 hours autonomy, I was impressed by how loud and clear the sound was. It also stood the outdoor test where the music can carry through from a distance. When in hand it has a rather nice feel with a soft touch. And while I usually carry around my Bose Soundlink when I travel I find the JBL Go a more convenient option for small trips as it is lighter to carry. It is perfect as a spare speaker that won’t weigh you down and that you can easily throw in a bag and take out for a picnic, by the pool or at the beach without second thought. Price: $39. BUY […]
