You don’t necessarily think of having a burger when you come to Paris and would probably associate a good burger with the likes of New York. However you may change your mind if you are in the Marais area of Paris and have a craving for a meat-and-two-bread lunch or dinner. Little Apple burger restaurant has a chic minimalist decor you mostly find in restaurants rather than a burger joint. The interior is set with marble tables, black seatings, modernist gold chandeliers and good music in the background. The burgers are to die for with special attention to the ingredients that make them incredibly tasty. The bread comes from a boulangerie A Deux Mains, the cheese comes from Scotland, or Italy for the parmesan and the burrata, and the meat are from three different parts of the cow for tenderness and more taste. There are also burgers with truffle cream or lobster on offer for the discerning burgerist. These are very fine burgers at a reasonable price.
TRD: Forget that six-pack and work out tomorrow.
Did you know: It took the owner a year of testing the burgers to get them right. Sounds like a delicious year.
