NEW ROLEX DAYTONA

The iconic Rolex racing Cosmograph is being refreshed after 16 years since it was last updated in 2000. The new Rolex Daytona comes with a White or Black dial, Cerachrom bezel like the GMT and Submariner, which is unscratchable and resistant to UV rays of the sun. The tachymeter has also seen a change with the numbers following the bezel which were horizontal on the older version. As some would have expected the chunkier look that other Rolex models have had lately hasn’t been applied to the Daytona which keeps it’s sleek 40mm width, making it look more like the vintage models. Both colours look great making the choice difficult for the dandy wrist candy. Price: $11,700

Did you know: Rolex had named the watch Le Mans in a few ads before opting for Daytona which finally appeared on the dial in 1965 and cost $210 at the time.
