When I bought my first place in Paris, I really enjoyed the process of working with a friend architect for a full renovation. He had mountains of catalogues for anything you may need for your interior. This is when I became obsessed with interiors and loving the process of choosing every detail to make your home uniquely yours. This has stuck to me ever since and whenever I visit a place I always pay special attention to the little things such as fixtures, lamps, door knobs, flooring, paint, finishes etc… I find inspiration everywhere whether walking into someone’s home, a restaurant, bar, or hotel… So today the detail I will focus on are dimmers. And you are probably asking yourself … really!? Yes dimmers…but not just any dimmers. You might want to have a look at these handsomely designed Buster and Punch Dimmers. They have a sexy Rock n Roll edge to them that remind me of electric guitar knobs. The dimmers come in single to multiple dimmer options with a variation of finishes and combinations to choose from. Not only do they look good but will feel nice each time you turn on your lights as they are made of solid metal with a diamond-cut knurled knob. Price Starts at 42 Pounds
TRD: I would want to play around with these dimmers making my room like a discotheque.
Did you know: The first light bulb was invented by Humphrey Devy in 1802 (made of a piece of carbon that glowed when wires were connected from it to an electric battery), 75 years prior to Thomas Edison’s incandescent light bulb.
